Daniel G. Brandano, Director, Chairman & CEO - is a former president and CEO of USA Rent A Car, having created the ninth largest car rental company in the United States, and growing revenues to more than $60 million dollars while maintaining meaningful profitability. Upon the sale of USA, Brandano served as a Division President for a major, publicly traded Canadian hotel and car rental reservation-processing firm, Hars Systems, Inc. In 1995, he engineered the acquisition and merger of two tour operators and has also served as CEO for Affinity International, a publicly traded travel conglomerate where he developed the Company's new e-commerce distribution platform and business model.

Bob Goddard, Director - Robert A. Goddard has over twenty-five years of experience in the financial industry as a chief financial officer, global treasurer and chief executive officer, involving start-ups, spin-offs and turnarounds for mature stage growth oriented manufacturing and distribution companies and micro cap public bio-science and high tech companies, and healthcare entities. Mr. Goddard's background also includes construction of new foundations, re-engineering for profitability enhancement and infrastructure development, deployment of new accounting systems, sales tracking, pro-forma modeling and cost accounting. Mr. Goddard has raised over $100,000,000+ in private equity, angel investing and PIPE funding as well as mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings with public companies. From approximately November 2005 to present, Mr. Goddard has been engaged as the chief financial officer and managing director-corporate finance for Jameson Holdings, Inc., a boutique investment bank with operations in Florida, Massachusetts, and London, England. From approximately June 2003 through November 2005, Mr. Goddard was engaged as the chief financial officer, treasurer and interim chief executive officer for Magic Lantern Group, Inc., an AMEX listed company, which is North America's largest manufacturer, duplicator and distributor of educational video media. From approximately, October 1999 through June 2003, Mr. Goddard was the chief financial officer and treasurer for LocatePLUS Holdings Corp., a publicly traded company that provides detailed background information to law enforcement agencies. From approximately 1996 through 1999, Mr. Goddard was engaged in the chief financial officer and treasurer for Wang Healthcare Information Systems, Inc.

Jay Vahl, Director - Mr. Vahl, 72, is an international business consultant with over 35 years of international business experience. From July 2004 to the present Mr. Vahl has been a business consultant assisting company with respect to opportunities in China. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Vahl represented Sampo Corporation in establishing distributorships in Taiwan for Land Rover Motor Cars and Chrysler-Dodge. From 1998 to 2001 he was President of Payless Rent-A-Car System, an international rental car-franchising firm where he developed a strategic business alliance with British Car Rental in the U.K. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Vahl served as a Director of SunStyle International Holidays, Inc. a leisure tour operator. Mr. Vahl also represented Huitung, a Chinese entity to acquire the exclusive Land Rover distributorship in China.

Dan Gallogly, Counsulting Chief Financial Officer - is a CPA with 20+ years experience. Mr. Gallogly is founder and managing director of Gallogly Auditing & Consulting, LLC, a Florida CPA firm based in Orlando. He is also a co-owner and consultant with Hawkeye Shared Services, LLC a financial management and human resource consulting firm. Mr. Gallogly has held the position of managing partner of the Orlando, FL office of BDO Seidman, LLP, and as managing partner with Gallogly, Fernandez & Riley, LLP.

Mark Lightsey, CPA - Vice President of Finance - is a CPA with 20 years experience in accounting, finance, human resources and contract negotiations. As Vice President of Finance & Administration with Care Medic Systems, Mr. Lightsey was assigned by the Board to direct the Sarbanes Oxley Readiness Project and manage the accounting integration of 3 company mergers over a 12-month period. Additionally, Lightsey has Big-8 firm experience with Touche Ross & Co and in working with companies in the Technology, Healthcare, Retail, Banking, and Hospitality industries.

Stephen A. Hicks - Sr. Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer - Currently President of International Travel & Resorts, Inc. (ITR) and Island Resort Tours, Inc. (IRT), Mr. Hicks has in excess of 35 years of travel industry experience in the airlines industry and wholesale tour operations. Beginning his career with American Airlines, he was promotoed from passenger services to Director, Marketing Atlantic,/Caribbean, then founded ITR in 1984 and IRT in 1989.

Peter Mantle, Vice President of Sales & Marketing (Europe)- Peter J Mantle has over 38 years experience in the travel and aviation industry, having held positions within global tour operations as Managing Director, Commercial Director, Chief Operating Officer, Aviation Director, plus several non-executive board positions within the Aviation sector. Holding senior positions within both the Rank Organization (50% joint venture company with Universal Studios) and one time owner of the Hard Rock enterprise. In addition director positions within the Bass Group of companies (Holiday Inn) owner, has given Mr. Mantle a wide varied knowledge in the tour-operating environment. Working at board level for European tour operators, Ellerman Shipping, Wings, Horizon, Thomson, Globus group and serving on the International Federation of Tour Operators one of the leading European exponents covering licences, health and safety, travel components and formulating EU travel policies, will allow a strong focus on European rules and regulations when producing vacations for the US market. As part of various board executive committees, decisions made in organic growth in purchasing would be tour operators with the objective of becoming the UK’s largest tour operator. Within the aviation sector, Mr. Mantle has been involved with European charter airlines at board and non-executive levels, producing sales in excess of £50 million ($100million) selling seat capacity to large and midsize tour operators to destinations worldwide. More recently through his own company Travel Marketing International a UK Limited company, he has offered aviation consultancy to airlines, tour operators, hotels, and airports, covering call center outsourcing, management assistance for start up airlines, licensing requirements, sales and marketing, together with airport representation. Extensive knowledge of European and long haul destinations built up over a number of years will assist Dynamic in their move into markets outside of the US. Peter Mantle is a fellow of the Institute of Travel & Tourism.

Marianne B. Williams, CTIE, CTC, Vice President of Product & Planning - has more than 15 years of product and management experience. Prior to joining DLC Ms. Williams was responsible for developing AAA worldwide wholesale tour products and managed corporate programs for American Express Fortune 500 companies.
