TourScapeTM is the industry's most advanced
tour/wholesale reservation and operating system.
TourScape provides a flexible, integrated
reservation and accounting system with built-in Computer
Reservations Systems (CRS) and distribution links,
including Internet access by both travel agencies and
consumers.
In addition, TourScape is a fully integrated,
customizable and scalable system that operates in
multiple currencies. By offering dynamic booking
capabilities, user-friendly data presentations and a
comprehensive database for sales and marketing
campaigns, DLC’s technology can substantially increase
operating efficiencies across the supply chain. In
conjunction with TourScape, DLC also has a direct,
online interface to the airlines' Global Distribution
System (GDS) and the principal technology necessary for
the creation of real-time, multi-component vacation
package sales that provide consumers with accurate and
up-to-the-minute booking.

DLC’s Content Management System (CMS) is a customized in-house tool for DLC to manage online content for our B2B and B2C brands. Not only was it designed to interface with DLC’s TourScape PDS™ system, it is designed to improve interdepartmental communications and information flow. The CMS manages content for destinations and hotels then populates the information into multiple style sheets across different websites. The CMS also manages specials, ads and promos, allows for search ability across websites and captures quote requests and newsletter sign-ups.
